Defensive Driving Course 

offered through

The six-hour course will be given at the Patchogue-Medford High School (Faculty Dining room). 

The two (2) sessions offered are:

Session #1   -   Saturday, March 29, 2008 (from 9:00am to 3:00pm?).

                                      Session #2    -   Monday, April 7, 2008 (from 4:15pm to 7:15pm?)

                                      Monday, April 14, 2008  (from 4:15pm to 7:15pm?)

The cost of the course is $30.00 (non-refundable) for all Patchogue-Medford employees and their immediate family. 

 

If you are interested in attending, kindly complete the info below (with name, building, session you will be attending), and forward the tear-off form along with your check made out to Impact Services, Inc. to Kevin Toolan at Barton.  Any problems or questions, please contact the PMCT office #475-8515.
